摘　　要：西方道德情感主义的"旁观者模型"理论认为,移情是一种亲社会行为的动机。社会主义社会文明是文明发展的新境界,为更合宜地推进社会文明建设的进程,借鉴移情理论研究社会文明程度的评价体系问题具有理论的可行性和现实意义。拟从移情忧伤、对未采取行动的内疚、移情愤怒、对不公正的移情感受等四个方面阐释了"旁观者模型"理论在衡量和评价社会文明程度中的借鉴价值和运用探析。The ＂Bystander Model＂,which is seen as western moral sentimentalism,considers that empathy is a motive for pro-social behavior. Socialist Civilization is the new realm of civilization for social civilization construction,the bystander Model has theoretical feasibility and practical significance. The article explains the value and application of the ＂Bystander Model＂theory and evaluate the degree of social civilization from four aspects： empathy sadness,guilt for inaction,empathy anger and feeling of guilt.
