摘 要:为了有效清除环境中残留润滑油,将从土壤中分离筛选并紫外选育获得的菌株进行润滑油生物降解实验,考察该菌株对润滑油污染的生物修复作用。结果表明,25℃、120 r·min^(-1)振荡培养6 d,该菌株对3%对照润滑油的降解率为98.3%、最大比生长速率为0.35 d^(-1)、生长饱和常数为98.23 mg·mL^(-1)、对照润滑油最大比消耗速率为0.25 d^(-1)、对照润滑油消耗饱和常数为62.09 mg·mL^(-1);相同条件下,该菌株对3%废弃润滑油的降解率为64.0%、最大比生长速率为0.23 d^(-1)、生长饱和常数为237.91 mg·mL^(-1)、废弃润滑油最大比消耗速率为0.16 d^(-1)、废弃润滑油消耗饱和常数为87.34 mg·mL^(-1)。所建立的生物降解动力学模型能基本反映润滑油生物降解规律,具有一定的理论参考价值。In order to effectively remove the residual lubricating oil in the environment, we experimentallyinvestigated a biodegradation of lubricating oil using a strain, which was separated aninvestigated the bioremediation effect of the strain on lubricating oil pollution. The results show that when thestrain is cultured for 6 d at 25 C and 120 r · min-1 , the degradation rate of 3 % contrast lubricating oil is 98. 3% ,themaximum ratio of growth rate is 0. 35 d-1 , the cell growth saturation constant is 98. 23 mg · mL-1 , the maximum specific consumption ratio of contrast lubricating oil is 0. 25 d-1 , a nd the consumption saturation constant of contrast lubricating oil is 62. 09 mg · mL-1. Under the same conditions , t he degradation rate of 3% waste lubricating oil is 64. 0% , t he maximum ratio of growth rate is 0. 23 d-1 , t he cell growth saturation con-stant is 237. 91 mg · mL-1 , the maximum specific consumption ratio of waste lubricating oil is 0. 16 d-1 , a nd theconsumption saturation constant of waste lubricating oil is 87. 34 mg · mL-1. The biodegradation kinetics model can basically reflect the biodegradation law of lubricating oil , which has certain theoretical reference value.
