高校心理健康教育与思想政治教育协同途径研究

摘　　要：高校的思想政治教育对当代大学生的心理实际需求及性格存在一定程度的忽视,而许多高校在进行心理健康教育的过程中,过于注重浮夸的形式感,没有明确教育的目标及培养方向。通过阐释心理健康与思想政治教育的内涵,分析高校心理健康教育与思想政治教育协同的意义,从教育理念、教育目标、教育模式三个维度,提出高校心理健康与思想政治教育协同的有效途径,旨在全面推动高校思政与心理健康教育的融合发展,体现二者在大学生身心健康成长中的重要意义。College ideological and political education neglect to a certain degree contemporary college students＇ psychological needs and personality. In the process of psychological health education, many colleges put too much focus on turgid sense of form, lacking of clear education goals and the training objectives. This paper explains the connotation of mental health and ideological and political education, analyzes the significance of coordinating college psychological health education with ideological and political education, and puts forward effective ways of coordinating education from the aspects of education ideas, education objectives and education models. The study aims to comprehensively promote the integration development between college ideological and political education and mental health education, reflecting the important significance of the two for college students＇ physical and mental healthy growth.
