摘 要:高校学生在进行体育运动过程中,如果自我防护意识不强,或受其他因素影响,难免会发生运动损伤。较小的损伤会导致体育项目难以顺利完成,严重的损伤不仅会给学校的安全带来负面影响,还会使学生无法正常生活和学习,甚至影响其正常毕业。基于此,首先对高校运动损伤状况进行调查,随后阐述几种常见运动损伤的应急处理方法,并对运动损伤产生的原因进行分析,最后从思想观念、事前准备、场地器材、自我防护等方面论述运动损伤的应对措施,以期能为高校体育运动安全管理提供一定的参考。When college students take physical exercise, they will inevitably suffer sports injuries if they don't have enough selfprotection awareness or when they are affected by other factors. Smaller injuries may make students have difficulty in completing sports events, while serious injuries will bring negative effects to the safety of the school, will influence students' normal life and learning, and will even affect the normal graduation. Based on this, this paper first investigates the situation of sports injury in universities, then expounds several methods to treat some common sports injuries of emergency, and analyzes the causes of sports injury, and finally discusses some solutions from the ideological concept, advance preparation, field equipment, self-protection, hoping to provide some reference for college sports safety management.
