摘　　要：随着时代的发展和社会的进步,我国大部分高等学校及中专学校的招生活动正在不断扩大,随着而来的就是一些学校实验室内的教学管理系统出现一定的滞后现象,并且实验室内部的一些硬件环境也比较紧张,学校实验教学的网络化管理水平在一定程度上能够影响学校的正常教学活动,因此,现阶段我们应该设计并且研究出一套能够有效的利用我们学校,甚至是我们地区现状的一种WEB实验教学管理系统。有效的WEB实验教学管理系统能够提高学校实验室内的资源利用最大化,并且能够大力推进学校的教育事业,在一定的程度上提高学校及教育行业的实验教学管理水平。Along with the development of the times and social progress in China, the school recruitment in most institutions of higher learning and secondary technical schools are growing enlarger. The expanding recruitment involves many consequences like the following： the outdated teaching management system in some school laboratories, the tightening hardware environment inside the lab, and the lagging network management level which has influenced a certain extent the normal teaching activities of the school. In this case, a set of WEB experimental teaching management system based on WEB should be designed and developed to fit the current situation of education development in these schools. The effective teaching management system can utilize the school resources to the maximum, can vigorously promote the development of educational causes, and can improve to a certain extent the experimental teaching management level of the school and the education industry.
