摘　　要：思想政治课是中学生法制教育的重要途径,而在实践中我国法制教育存在着诸多问题。近几年中学生犯罪屡屡出现,校园暴力时常发生,这些都表明我国思想政治教育中的普法教育仍待改善和加强,在中学思想政治课中加强普法教育显得尤为紧迫。本文将从中学生法制教育存在的问题出发,探讨加强法制教育的几种有效措施。The ideological and political course is an important wayof legal education for middle school students, but in practice,there are many problems in China＇s legal education. In recentyears, high frequency of crimes appears repeatedly, and campusviolence often occurs, which indicates that China＇s legal educationin ideological and political education remains to be improvedand strengthened, and it＇s very urgent. This paper will start fromthe existing problems of legal education in middle schools, andprobe into several effective measures to strengthen legal education.
