摘　　要：本文通过界定经管类学生国际化人才的培养目标,研究国际化创业人才培养方式,设计具有中国高等教育特色的人才培养方式,探索在教学实践中采用SEEC(Securing-Expanding-Exposing-Challenging)即"识别—拓展—筛选—创业"的方法,培养学生国际化创新创业能力,旨在使学生通过专业学习,具备跨文化沟通能力、企业家才能和创业机遇识别能力,从而满足我国新时期对外经贸合作人才的新需求。This paper discusses the training goal of students majoring in economics and management and the training modes for international entrepreneurs with the characteristics of Chinese higher education. It explores the use of SEEC（Securing-Expanding-Exposing-Challenging） in the teaching practice for cultivating students ＇ innovative abilities and entrepreneurship of international level, and improving their cross-cultural communication abilities through professional learning, so as to meet the new requirements for foreign trade and economic cooperation in the new era.
