摘 要:中国的外语教育一直倍受争议,虽然近些年发展迅速,但仍旧存在诸多久而未决的问题,其中最明显的莫过于英语教育"一语独大"的现象。随着我国经济社会文化的发展,尤其是"一带一路"倡议的实施,对外语人才的教育提出了更高的要求。鉴于澳大利亚在语言政策、外语教育及文化多元化发展方面的突出成就,我国的外语教育可从中得到相应的启示,走出一条具有自身特色的道路。The development of foreign language education in China has been highly controversial. Although we made great achievements,there are still many problems that remain unresolved in recent years,the most obvious one is the phenomenon of "dominant English". With the development of our country's economy,society and culture,especially the implementation of "the Belt and Road Initiative",higher requirements are put forward for our education of foreign language talents. In view of Australia's outstanding achievements in language policy,foreign language education and the development of cultural diversity,we can also be inspired by it and take a path with our own characteristics.
