摘 要:针对动力猫道翻板液压缸杆出现失稳的现象,以现场较常见的圆柱缺陷为研究对象,推导了不同截面所对应惯性矩的计算公式;并根据Euler临界力计算公式,得出了含缺陷液压缸杆的临界力计算公式,对影响临界力大小的缺陷参数进行了说明。在上述基础上,建立了含缺陷动力猫道翻板液压缸杆的简化模型。应用有限元法研究了不同圆柱缺陷半径、深度以及缺陷位置对屈曲载荷的影响。相关结果说明:随着缺陷半径、深度的增加,液压缸杆的屈曲载荷显著降低;缺陷位置也是影响液压缸杆屈曲载荷的重要因素,缺陷位置距离液压缸杆底端越近,液压缸杆的屈曲载荷越小。相关结果可为动力猫道上液压缸杆的安全检查、安全维护提供参考,为进一步研究液压缸杆失稳提供一种新的认识。For the instability of hydraulic cylinder rod in the power catwalk flap institutions,the calculating formulas for the moment of inertia of hydraulic cylinder rod with cylindrical defects corresponding to different section are derived. The calculation formula of critical force of hydraulic cylinder with defect are derived according to the Euler formula,and the parameters of cylindrical defect which affecting the critical force size are analyzed. On the basis of above,the simplified model of hydraulic cylinder rod with the defect of power catwalk flap institutions is established,the influence of radius,depth and location of defect on buckling load are studied by finite element method. The results showed that the buckling load of the hydraulic cylinder rod decreases remarkably with the increase of the radius and depth of the cylindrical defect,the defect position also an important factor affecting the buckling load of hydraulic cylinder rod,the nearer the defect location to the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder rod,the smaller buckling load of the hydraulic cylinder rod will be. The related research provide an important reference for safety inspection and safety maintenance to the hydraulic cylinder rods in the power catwalk,and provides a new understanding for further study on the stability of hydraulic cylinder rod.
