摘 要:目的:探讨奖金激励与医院发展的相互关系和奖金激励的导向作用。方法:分析医院近年来工作量、奖金发放总额和工作效率增长情况,以及实践中绩效方案和科室二次分配内容。结果:奖金分配激励和引导医院发展和科室发展。结论:有效的奖金激励不仅在于数额的增长,还要关注公平性和学科发展,才能引导职工提升医疗服务质量,促进医院可持续发展。Objective:To explore the relationship between bonus incentive and hospital development,and the guiding role of bonus incentive. Methods:Analyzing the workload of the hospital,the total amount of bonus and the increase of work efficiency in recent years,as well as the two distribution contents of the performance plan and the department in the practice. Results:The bonus distribu. tion encourages and guides the development of the hospital and the department. Conclusion:Effective bonus incentive is not only about the growth of the amount,but also about fairness and discipline development,so as to guide workers to improve the quality of medical service and promote the sustainable development of hospital.
