摘　　要：棕榈仁油的物化性状与棕榈油很不相同,却与椰子油很相似,其制油工艺也不尽相同,本文介绍了棕榈仁榨油工艺与设备调试中存在问题及改进措施。The physical and chemical properties of palm kernel oil are very different from those of palm oil,but they are very similar to coconut oil.This paper introduces the problems existing in the process and equipment debugging of palm kernel oil and its improvement measures.
