摘　　要：为初步掌握天津市流通领域鲆鲽类水产品硝基呋喃类代谢物残留情况,按照代表性、适时性和随机性原则在全市范围内采集样品6批次共计120个,按照农业部783号公告-1-2006进行检测。结果表明,除了大菱鲆鱼皮中呋喃唑酮代谢物以外,大菱鲆中的硝基呋喃类代谢物类均高于半滑舌鳎,T检验结果为差异不显著。超市采集的鲆鲽类水产品中的鱼皮、肌肉、内脏中的硝基呋喃类代谢物均低于市场所采集的样品,T检验结果为差异显著。分析不同检测部位鲆鲽类水产品中的硝基呋喃类代谢物含量,由低到高排列分别为鱼皮<肌肉<内脏,对其进行方差分析、q检验以及SNK检验,结果为差异性显著。In order to keep abreast of the status of the nitrofuran metabolite residues in the flatfish from Tianjin market,a total of 6 batches of 120 samples were collected in the city according to the principle of representativeness,timeliness and randomness. The samples was tested in accordance with the No. 783-1-2006 announcement of the Ministry of agriculture. The results showed that： the nitrofuran metabolites in the turbot were higher than those in the Cynoglossus semilaevis besides of the furazolidone metabolites in the skin of the turbot. The results of T test showed that the difference was not significant.The nitrofuran metabolites of the flatfish in the skin,muscle and viscera which was collected in the supermarket were lower than those in the market,and the results of T test were significant. The nitrofuran metabolites in the flatfish which was analyzed from low to high was skinmusclegut,and the difference of the results which was analyzed by variance analysis,Q test and SNK test was significant.
