工业4.0背景下电气自动化技术人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：工业4.0的如火如荼,信息技术目前正在向工业控制领域渗透。人工智能时代的开启,机器换人会成为必然。高等院校如何立足当下、培养适应未来的复合型人才已是当务之急。文中结合当前高等院校电气自动化技术人才培养模式的弊端与局限性,提出了如何前瞻性地培养具有适应工业4.0时代的可持续发展能力的人才培养模式。Industry 4.0 is in full swing, and information technology is now penetrating industrial control field. In the era of artificial intelligence, machine substitution will become inevitable. It is urgent for Higher Vocational Colleges to educate compound talents to adapt to the future based on the present situation. This paper, combining with the drawbacks and limitations of current Electrical Automation Technology program, puts forward the talent cultivation mode on how to proactively develop students＇ ability to adapt to the sustainable development of the industrial 4.0.
