摘　　要：目的分析小细胞肺癌的多排螺旋CT影像学征象,为临床诊治提供参考。方法选取某院收治疑似小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,所有患者均开展多排螺旋CT诊断和病理学检查,分析影像学征象和诊断准确率。结果多排螺旋CT诊断准确率为95.2%,典型影像学征象为肿块影。结论多排螺旋CT可以作为辅助诊断小细胞肺癌重要手段。Objective To analyze the multislice spiral CT imaging features of small cell lung cancer and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The patients with suspected small cell lung cancer were selected as the subjects, all of them carried out multi-slice Spiral CT diagnosis and pathology examination, the imaging signs and the diagnostic accuracy rate was analyzed. ResultsThe diagnostic accuracy rate of multislice spiral CT was 95.2%, and the typical imaging signs were mass shadow. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT can be an important method to diagnose small cell lung cancer.
