摘 要:先秦齐鲁诸子的财富论说相互补充融通,构筑了丰厚的财富思想体系,其对中国社会财富思想的发展起到了主导性作用。财富治政论与财富伦理论是齐鲁文化中财富思想的重要组成部分。财富治政论从社会或国家管理的认知维度,站在治政者立场上,探讨社会财富的运营与管理问题。齐鲁诸子就社会财富的生聚与运营两个环节,从治国基础、富民策略、财富生产、分配与消费,乃至行政耗费降低、社会福利实施等多个角度,提出了一系列的财富治政思想。这些思想均为后世社会所认可与接受,并在经济发展、社会治理中得以落实,产生了深远历史影响,其对当下社会依然有重要的启示意义。During the pre-Qin period, many wealth theories written by the scholars in Oi and Lu were complementary and integrated with each other, and constructed a rich ideological system, which is playing a leading role in the development of Chinese social wealth thought. The wealth theory of the social governance and the ethics are the important parts of wealth thoughts in the culture of Qi and Lu. The wealth theory of social governance is from the cognitive dimension of social or national management to discuss the operation and management of social wealth in the position of governance. The scholars of Qi and Lu put forward a series of thoughts on the accumulation and the operation of social wealth, which are from the aspects of the basis of governance, the strategy of enriching the people, the wealth production, the distribution, the consumption, and even the reduction of administrative cost and the implementation of social welfare. These thoughts were recognized and accepted by the later society, and implemented in the economic development and social governance, and of which have produced far-reaching historical influence. They still have important implications in contemporary society.
