摘  要:针对现有招拍挂土地信息发布在空间表现与分析等方面的不足,提出了利用BSP树和角点坐标方法从数字三维城市模型中分离出招拍挂土地的三维模型,采用地块面积作为判别阈值对破碎地块进行聚合,以MD5加密技术赋予招拍挂土地重心坐标唯一标识ID,建立了招拍挂土地三维模型与属性信息的关联关系,并在此基础上开发了C/S构架的"土地招拍挂三维信息辅助决策系统",具有空间分析、距离和面积量算等功能,可为提高土地收储及出让工作的信息化管理水平提供技术支持。In view of the shortcomings of the existing land bidding, auction listing information release in terms of spatial performance and analysis, this paper proposes the use of BSP tree and corner coordinate method to separate the three-dimensional model of land bidding, auction and listing from the digital three-dimensional city model,, polymerize the broken massif by using block area as discriminant threshold, assign the unique identification ID of land bidding, auction and listing barycentric coordinates by MD5 encryption technology and establish the relationship between the three-dimensional model of land bidding, auction and listing and its attribute information. On this basis, the "3 D information aided decision-making system for land bidding, auction and listing" with C/S framework is developed. It has functions as spatial analysis, distance and area calculation, etc and can improve the informatization management level of land acquisition, storage and transfer work.
