摘　　要：稻谷加工工艺中碎米主要在碾白工段产生。多倍体稻谷作为一种新型的稻谷品种,目前的碾米机无法满足其碾白加工的需求。通过多倍体稻谷与早籼稻谷的物理特性与试验机的碾白效果对比,在现有碾米机基础上进行改造,开发出适合多倍体稻谷的碾白设备。设计了新型的碾白砂辊,减少了米粒在碾白室的运动时间;出料嘴处采用柔性压力调节机构,使得压力调节柔和、平顺;米筛采用整体筛架固定,实现米筛与碾白砂辊之间间隙可调;改进了米刀的固定方式,实现米刀与碾白砂辊之间的间隙可调。改进后的碾米机可适用于各种稻谷品种的碾白加工需要,碾米机的实用性和通用性得到极大的提高。In the rice processing process,the broken rice is mainly produced in the white section.Polyploid rice as a new type of rice varieties,the current rice milling machine can not meet the needs of its white processing.By comparing the physical characteristics of polyploid paddy with that of early indica rice and the whitening effect of the test mill,the whitening equipment suitable for polyploid rice was developed on the basis of the existing rice mill.A new type of whitening roller was designed to reduce the movement time of granule in the whitening chamber;the flexible pressure adjusting mechanism was adopted at the discharge nozzle to make the pressure adjustment soft and smooth;the rice sieve was fixed by the integral sieve frame to make the gap between the rice sieve and roller adjusted;the fixed mode of rice cutter was improved to make the gap between the rice cutter and roller adjusted.The improved rice mill could be applied in the white processing of all kinds of paddy varieties,and the practicability and generality had been greatly improved.
