摘  要:对金针菇中棒曲霉素的分析检测方法进行了研究,旨在建立一种以液-液萃取为前处理方法,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析检测金针菇中棒曲霉素含量的方法。主要研究结果如下:通过组织破碎,制备金针菇汁,采用乙酸乙酯重复萃取,用碳酸钠溶液净化萃取液,制备金针菇供试品。该方法处理和测定棒曲霉素精密度高,检出限低。棒曲霉素标准品的标准曲线为y=112.8x-14.23,R2=0.998 4,标准曲线范围为0.01~25μg/m L。In this study,the method for the determination of patulin in Flammulina velutipes was studied. The aim of this study was to establish a method for the determination of patulin in Flammulina velutipes by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) with liquid-liquid extraction as the pretreatment method. Methods. The main results were as follows: through the organization of broken,the preparation of Flammulina velutipes,the use of ethyl acetate repeated extraction,with sodium carbonate solution purification extract,the preparation of Flammulina for the test. The method of treatment and determination of patulin has high precision and low detection limit. The standard curve for the standard test of the term of the standard is y = 112. 8 x-14. 23,R^2= 0. 998 4,and the standard curve is in the range of0. 01μg/m L to 25μg/m L.
