摘  要:试验结果表明,不同品种蓝靛果组培苗在不同基质中的移栽成活率不同,L1-8和L3-2在细沙混合土中的成活率最高,分别达到100%,90%,L2-5和L4-2在苔藓混合土中的成活率最高,达到100%,98%;不同蓝靛果品种在不同基质上的生长状况也不同,其中,L1-8的最适基质是细沙混合土,L2-5和L4-2的最适基质是苔藓混合土,在最适基质上,组培苗的株高、叶面积、根数、鲜重等指标均优于或与其他处理,而L3-2在珍珠岩混合土、苔藓混合土和细沙混合土中的各项生长相差不大。综合表明,细沙混合土和苔藓混合土较适宜蓝靛果组培苗移栽。The test showed that different varieties of Lonicera edulis plantlets survived different in different culture substrates. L1-8 and L3-2 survived best in the sand mixed soil,the survival rate reached100%,90% respectively. L2-5 and L4-2 survived best in the moss mixed soil,the survival rate reached100%,98% respectively. Growth status of different varieties of Lonicera edulis plantlets were also different in different culture substrates. L1-8 grew best in the sand mixed soil,L2-5 and L4-2 grew best in the moss mixed soil. Lonicera edulis plantlets' plant height,leaf area,root number,fresh weight and other indicators in the optimal substrate were better than in other substrates,while the growth of L3-2 about the same in perlite mixed soil,moss mixed soil and sand mixed soil. It suggests that sand mixed soil and moss mixed soil are more suitable for Lonicera edulis plantlets' transplanting.
