摘  要:生物化学实验是药学专业学生的重要专业基础实验,传统的生物化学实验无论从内容设置还是教学方法都过于单一和机械化,导致学生学习兴趣低下。为提高教学效果,培养适应新时代要求的药学专业学生,提出"四个联接"——联接基础与应用、联接虚拟与现实、联接教师与学生、联接教学与科研的理念,以微课和翻转课堂作为主要载体,对教学内容、教学方法、评价体系等进行全方位的改革。经过五年探索,在药学专业本科生中取得良好的教学效果。Biochemistry experiment is an important professional basic one for students majoring in pharmacy. Traditional biochemistry experiment is too single and mechanized in terms of contents and teaching methods,with the result of students 'low interest in it. To improve the teaching effects and cultivate students who will adapt to the requirements of the new era,we put forward a concept of constructing "Four Connections",including the connections between foundation and application,virtual and reality,teachers and students,teaching and research. With micro lecture and flipped classroom as the main carriers,we carried out a thorough reform on teaching contents,teaching methods and evaluation system. After five years' exploration,a good teaching effect has been achieved among our undergraduates of pharmacy.
