摘　　要：随着我国科学技术不断发展,以及人们对绿色、有机、健康、轻脂类饮品的消费需求日益提升,社会各界对复合果蔬饮料研制关注度与日俱增,在推动市场经济良性发展同时,带动了绿色果蔬农业朝着产业化方向发展,并满足人们日益增加的复合饮品消极需求。本文通过对紫胡萝卜番茄复合果汁饮料研制相关内容进行分析,旨在为推动我国食品市场蓬勃发展提供依据。With the continuous development of China＇s science and technology, coupled with the light green, organic, health, lipid drinks growing consumer demand, development of compound fruit and vegetable beverage attention from all walks of life, in promoting the benign development of the market economy at the same time, also can drive the green fruit and vegetable towards the industrialization of agriculture, and meet people＇s increasing compound drink negative demand, based on the development of composite purple carrot tomato juice beverage related content were analyzed, and aims to provide the basis for the food market of our country grows vigorously promote.
