多维度提升高校民主党派青年骨干力量能力探究

摘　　要：高校是中高级人才的聚集地,汇聚了一大批高精尖人才以及在国内外有较大影响的民主党派知名专家。从知识分子成长的路径看,在大学期间主要是发展中共党员,而在高校工作的高级知识分子中,民主党派发展对象的可选择性面较小。因此,对已发展成为民主党派后的青年骨干的培养尤为迫切。文章分别从培养民主党派青年骨干的号召力、专业能力、行政管理能力、增进与党的感情以及制定培养计划等多维度对提升高校民主党派青年骨干能力进行思考,以期为高校统战工作,尤其是为高校民主党派青年骨干队伍培养工作提供参考。Universities are the gathering of talents, bringing together a large number of top-notch talents and well-known experts from democratic parties who are quite influential at home and abroad. Judging from the growth path of intellectuals, the primary work during the university period is to cultivate the communist party members. Among the senior intellectuals working in universities, the development of the Democratic Party is relatively limited. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to cultivate the young people who have already been a member of democratic parties. This article is to cultivate the young people＇s capabilities of appeal, profession, admin- istrative management, sense of party belongings, and development of training plans so as to promote the ability of democratic young people and make efforts to the work of united front, especially for the cultivation of democratic parties members in universities.
