民国前期清水江流域田地价格研究

摘　　要：在中国农村传统社会中,田地买卖是重要的经济活动之一。通过对民国前期(元年至十五年)清水江流域田地价格研究,表明清水江流域田地价格波动的总趋势是缓慢增高的,而田地价格增高是由于自然、社会、政治、灾害、地权等因素的影响,从中可见民国前期清水江流域土地市场具体历史实景之一斑。Land trade is one of important economic activities in traditional Chinese rural society. Through study on land price of Qingshuijiang area in the early Republic of China（ 1912-1926）,it is shown that the land price increased slowly,which was influenced by factors as nature,society,politics,disasters,land rights and so on,and thus we can get a realistic view of historical land market in the early years of Republic of China in Qingshuijiang area.
