摘　　要：中国共产党领导中国革命实践证明,群众路线始终是取得革命、建设和改革胜利的一大法宝,也是中国人民实现伟大复兴中国梦的必然要求。从历史渊源阐释群众路线体现群众概念与群众观点的一致性,群众路线揭示精英人物与群众范畴的耦合性,彰显出执政党领导力与群众向心力的互生性等基本内涵的基础上,从历史成因解析群众路线的起源及发展,并在当下历史语境中提出群众路线实践模式,即在树立执政情感的目标上让群众幸福,在提升执政认知的途径上取信群众,在完善执政能力的过程中引领群众,在改变执政作风的态度上融入群众。同时,提出科学执政、高效执事和廉洁执德的具体实践途径。It is proved by historical practice on China＇s revolution led by the Communist Party of China（CPC）that the Mass line is a talisman of CPC to achieve success of revolution, construction and reform as well as necessary requirement to realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. From the historical origin, this article interprets the consistency between the concept of the Mass Line and the Mass Viewpoint, reveals the coupling point between elite and mass. The Mass Line highlights the basic connotation of alternative between the leadership of the Ruling Party and centripetal force of mass. From the historical causes, the article tries to analyze the origin of mass line from a political idea, the application of mass line as a working method and the implementation of mass line as a ruling style. Under the present historical context, the coming out of practice model of mass line makes the mass happy on the established target for governance feeling, wins the trust of mass by the way of promoting governance cognition, optimizes the governance in the process of leading mass, changes the attitudes of governance style by integrating into the mass. Meanwhile, it points out that scientific governance, effective administration and ruling morality featuring honesty are the concrete methods of practice.
