摘  要:杏鲍菇菌渣是栽培杏鲍菇之后的培养料,仍含有丰富的可用于栽培平菇的营养物质。通过发酵料和熟料2种栽培模式,开展利用杏鲍菇菌渣种植平菇的配方筛选研究。结果表明,杏鲍菇菌渣栽培平菇技术上是可行的;杏鲍菇菌渣熟料种植平菇,菌渣适宜添加比例为30%~40%;菌渣发酵料种植平菇,以30%的添加量,平菇生物学效率最高,但低于对照组配方,随着杏鲍菇菌渣添加比例的增加,平菇生物学效率逐渐降低;杏鲍菇菌渣熟料和发酵料2种栽培平菇的方式,比较生物学效率及平菇子实体商品性状,以采用熟料栽培模式为宜。Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue is material culture after cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii, and it is still rich in nutrients which can be used for cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus. In this study, two kinds of cultivation patterns, such as fermentation material and clinker, was carried out oyster mushroom screening study by using the Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue. The results show that using Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue to cultivate oyster mushroom is feasible. The appropriate adding ratio of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue was 30%-40%. The biological efficiency of oyster mushroom got the highest when the mushroom residue added with 30%, but was lower than that of the control group. With the increase of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue proportion, mushroom biological efficiency decreased gradually. The clinker cultivation mode is appropriate after comparing the biological efficiency and Pleurotus ostreatus commodity characters.
