摘　　要：目的探讨构建符合我国护理实践状况的急诊科呼吸系统疾病护理技能体系。方法采用质性研究方法,对12名急诊科护士长进行定性定量相结合的访谈,将所得资料进行分析。结果提炼出急性呼吸系统疾病的护理操作技术项目和要求,包括常用的临床护理操作技术、医疗团队协作技术、生命体征解读分析技术等三类。结论影响护理操作技术水平的关键因素主要有操作熟练程度和日常操作频次等,需采取培训、考核多种途径提高急性呼吸系统疾病护理操作技术水平。Objective To explore the nursing skill system of respiratory diseases in emergency department. Methods Based on the qualitative research method was used to analyze the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 12 emergency department head nurses, and the information obtained was analyst. Results The projects and requirements of acute respiratory diseases care operation technology were extracted, which could be divided into three categories, including the commonly used clinical care operation technology, medical team collaboration technology, vital signs interpretation analysis technology. Nursing skill proficiency and operating frequency were the main factors that affect the level of operation technology.Conclusion Operational proficiency and daily operation frequency are the key factors that affecting the level of nursing operation. raining and assessment were effective ways to improve the level of nursing operation.
