摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信平台实施延续护理对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量及心理素质的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取120例乳腺癌术后患者作为研究对象,用区组随机法分为微信组、电话组、对照组,各40例。微信组利用微信平台实施出院患者的延续护理,电话组定期电话随访服务,对照组采用出院时口头指导加纸质资料发放。分别在患者出院时及出院后1个月、3个月、6个月,采用乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表、情感量表2进行测评。结果三组乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表得分在时间效应、组间效应及交互效应上的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且微信组量表得分优于电话组和对照组。三组情感量表2得分在时间效应、组间效应及交互效应上的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且微信组量表得分优于电话组和对照组。结论基于微信平台的延续护理干预能有效提高乳腺癌术后患者出院后的生活质量及心理素质。Objective To study the influence of transitional care based on Wechat platform on quality of life and psychological quality for patients after breast cancer operation.Method Choose 120 patients after breast cancer operation by convenient sampling and divide them into Wechat group（n=40）,telephone group（n=40）and control group（n=40）randomly.Discharged patients in Wechat group receive transitional care by Wechat platform.Discharged patients in telephone group receive follow up by phone calls regularly and discharged patients in control group receive oral and paper assistance at discharge.Assess patients by Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast（FACT-B）and Affectometer Two（AT）at discharge and 1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge.Result There is significant difference on score of FACT-B on time effect,group effect and interaction effect between three groups（P〈0.05）.Wechat group has higher score than telephone group and control group on FACT-B.There is significant difference on score of AT on time effect,group effect and interaction effect between three groups（P〈0.05）.Wechat group has higher score than telephone group and control group on AT.Conclusion Transitional care based on Wechat platform can improve quality of life and psychological quality for patients after breast cancer operation.
