摘　　要：目的探讨口腔颌面部损伤患者的临床治疗效果。方法采用回顾性方法对我院88例口腔颌面部损伤患者进行研究,在分析以往病例的基础上,分析其临床疗效。结果 88例患者治疗后都取得了成功,没有死亡人数,手术完成后1例患者出现感染,张口困难人数为2例,神经损伤患者为1例,咬合对位欠佳患者为1例,不良反应总发生率为5.68%。结论针对不同患者的具体病情,采用对症治疗措施可帮助患者更好的康复,减少感染、神经损伤等并发症的产生,值得在临床实践中进一步推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral and maxillofacial injuries. Methods 88 cases of oral and maxillofacial injuries in our hospital were studied retrospectively, and the clinical efficacy was analyzed based on the analysis of past cases. Results 88 cases were successful after treatment, no death number, 1 cases of infection after the operation, 2 cases of difficult open mouth, 1 patients with nerve injury, 1 cases with poor occlusion, the total adverse reaction rate was 5.68%. Conclusion according to the specific condition of different patients, using symptomatic treatment measures can help patients better rehabilitate and reduce the occurrence of complications such as infection and nerve injury. It is worth further promoting in clinical practice.
