三维适形放疗联合同期化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨三维适形放疗联合同期化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月~2017年6月我院收治的中晚期食管癌45例患者,将患者采用信封随机分组方法分为对照组(n=23)、观察组(n=22)。对照组患者进行三维适形放疗,观察组患者进行三维适形放疗联合同期化疗。观察两组患者治疗后的近期、远期疗效,不良反应、生存率及生存时间。结果观察组的近期总有效率(95.45)、远期总有效率(90.91%)、3个月生存率(95.45%)、6个月生存率(81.82%)均高于对照组,不良反应发生率(9.09%)低于对照组,生存时间[(19.85±5.34)个月]长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三维适形放疗联合同期化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的效果显著,能够延长生存时间。Objective To explore the clinical effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy for the treatment of middle and advanced esophageal cancer.Methods Forty-five patients with middle and advanced esophageal cancer admitted into our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were selected.They were divided into the control group（n=23） and observation group（n=22） according to an envelope randomization grouping method.Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy was performed in the control group,while in the observation group,three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy was adopted.The short-term and long-term efficacy,adverse reactions,survival rate,and survival time of the two groups after the corresponding treatment were observed.Results In the observation group,the short-term and long-term total effectiveness rate was 95.45% and90.91% respectively and 3-month and 6-mongh survival rate was 95.45% and 81.82% respectively in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group respectively,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 9.09% in the observation group,which was lower than that in the control group,and the survival time was（19.85±5.34） months,which was longer than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy is obvious in middle and advanced esophageal cancer and can prolong survival time.
