摘　　要："工学结合"是当前我国高等职业院校人才培养模式的主导方向,它为学生党建工作开辟了新的空间,同时使传统党建工作面临诸多新的情况与挑战。本文在分析工学结合模式下高职院校学生党建工作现状的基础上,深入分析问题产生的原因,进而探索高职院校学生党建工作创新机制的实现路径。＂Combining work with study＂ was the dominant direction of talent training mode in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country. It opens up new space for students＇ Party building work, and makes the traditional Party building work face many new situations and challenges at the same time. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the Party Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the mode of combining work with study, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems, and then explores the ways to realize the innovative mechanism of the party construction work in Higher Vocational colleges.
