摘  要:目的对比分析可视喉镜与普通喉镜在气管插管术教学中的应用效果。方法随机选定本校学习气管插管术的本科生110例,2016年2月—2018年2月为研究时段,以随机数字表法分组,分为试验组、对照组,每组样本容量55例。对照组采用普通喉镜学习,试验组采用可视喉镜学习。比较插管时间、插管成功率、考核成绩。结果与对照组插管时间比较,试验组较短,与对照组插管成功率、考核成绩比较,试验组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气管插管术教学中采用可视喉镜作为教学工具,可有效提高教学质量,提高学生的气管插管成功率,效果确切。Objective To compare and analyze the effect of video laryngoscope and ordinary laryngoscope in the teaching of endotracheal intubation. Methods 110 cases of tracheal intubation were selected randomly from February 2016 to February 2018. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 55 cases in each group. The control group was studied with ordinary laryngoscope, while the experimental group was studied with video laryngoscope. The intubation time, intubation success rate and examination results were compared. Results Compared with control group, intubation time was shorter in experimental group. Compared with the control group, the success rate and assessment results of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Using video laryngoscope as a teaching tool in the teaching of tracheal intubation can effectively improve the teaching quality and improve the success rate of tracheal intubation and the effect is accurate.
