玻璃酸钠联合rhEGF滴眼液在白内障术后干眼症中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃酸钠与rh EGF滴眼液联合在白内障术后干眼症治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取2015年9月—2017年9月我院78例白内障术后干眼症患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将入选者分为对照组和研究组,每组39例,对照组患者采用玻璃酸钠治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合rh EGF滴眼液治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后基础泪液分泌试验(SchirmeⅠ)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及自觉症状评分变化。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.87%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为79.49%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者的SchirmeⅠ、BUT均明显提高,自觉症状评分均明显降低,且研究组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠与rh EGF滴眼液联合应用可有效改善患者的自觉症状,延长泪膜破裂时间,疗效显著,在白内障术后干眼症治疗中具有重要应用价值。Objective To explore the clincial effects of hyaluronic acid and rh EGF eye drops in xerophthalmia after cataract surgery. Methods78 xerophthalmia patients after cataract surgery from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected and divided into control group（n=39） and research group（n=39） based on registration order. The control group was taken hyaluronic acid and the research group was taken hyaluronic acid and rh EGF eye drops. The effects, Schirme Ⅰ, BUT and subjective symptom scores in the two groups were comapred. Results There was significant difference of effective rate between the two groups（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the SchirmeⅠ and BUT were improved and subjective symptom scores were decreased in the two groups and all the indexes in research group were suoerior to control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hyaluronic acid and rh EGF eye drops can significantly improve the subjective symptom and prolong BUT with significatn effects in xerophthalmia after cataract surgery.
