喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的应用效果分析与临床评估

摘　　要：目的探讨喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的应用效果。方法选择2016年6月—2017年3月双相情感障碍患者100例根据治疗方法分组。对照组给予丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗,观察组则给予喹硫平治疗。比较两组双相情感障碍治疗总有效率;起效平均时间、BRMS降低1/2时间;治疗前后患者BRMS评分、蒙哥马利抑郁量表评分;药物不良反应率。结果观察组双相情感障碍治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组起效平均时间、BRMS降低1/2时间短于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组BRMS评分、蒙哥马利抑郁量表评分相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组BRMS评分、蒙哥马利抑郁量表评分优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组药物不良反应少于对照组,P<0.05。结论喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的应用效果确切,可有效改善症状和预后,缩短疗程,且无严重不良反应,安全有效。Objective To study the quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder. Methods From June 2016 to March 2017, 100 patients with bipolar disorder were divided into two groups according to treatment. The control group was treated with sodium valproate sustained-release tablets. The observation group was treated with quetiapine. The total effective rate of bipolar disorder treatment was compared between the two groups, the average effective time, BRMS and 1/2 time were reduced. BRMS score, Montgomerie Depression Scale score and adverse drug reaction rate before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P〈 0.05. The average time of onset, BRMS and 1/2 were shorter in the observation group than in the control group, P〈 0.05; The scores of BRMS and Montgomerie depression scale were similar between the two groups before treatment, P〈 0.05; After treatment, the BRMS score and Montgomerie Depression Scale score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, P〈 0.05. The adverse reactions of the observation group were less than those of the control group, P〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder ping effect is exact, which can effectively improve symptoms and prognosis, shorten period of treatment, and no serious adverse reaction, safe, effective and worth popularization and application.
