摘  要:良好的加速性能是航空发动机控制系统的重要设计指标之一。在涡扇发动机中间至全加力加速过程中,存在几个较为重要的延迟控制措施,如加力点火延迟和加力I区锁定,其对加速过程的加速性能有较大影响。本文利用某加力式涡扇发动机试飞数据,对比分析了上述延迟措施对发动机加速性能的影响。研究结果表明,加力点火延迟措施会增加发动机中间至全加力过程的加速时间,需要合理调节延迟时间;而加力I区锁定措施作用于加力灯点亮后,对于加速时间无影响;以上措施均会影响加力接通的可靠性。Satisfying acceleration performance is one of the key design parameters of aero-engine control system. There are several significant time-delay control measures during the acceleration process from intermediate state to maximum thrust state on a turbo-fan engine,including the afterburning ignition time-delay and the locking augmented-fuel of zone I,which influence greatly on the acceleration performance. Based on the flight tests data of an afterburning turbofan engine,this paper contrasted the influence of above measures on the acceleration. The result indicates that,the afterburning ignition time-delay control will increase the acceleration time from intermediate state to maximum thrust state,so that the delay time is considerable. The locking augmented-fuel of zone I control has none effect on the acceleration time. Both the timedelay control measures will affect the reheat lit reliability.
