摘  要:目的分析神经外科学生脑血管病临床见习课的教学方法及效果。方法选择2016年6—11月100名于该院接受神经外科脑血管疾病临床见习的学生作为研究对象。根据教学方法不同进行分组,每组各50名。对照组学生应用传统教学法实施见习授课;观察组学生在传统教学法的基础上,结合问题教学法实施见习授课。比较两组神经外科学生在脑血管疾病相关理论知识考核评分,实际能力操作考核评分,以及临床见习授课方法满意度。结果比较神经外科学生对脑血管疾病相关理论知识考核评分和实践操作能力考核评分,观察组优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对神经外科学生实施脑血管疾病临床见习教学方法的满意度比较,观察组优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过研究表明传统教学法与问题法相结合对神经外科学生实施脑血管疾病临床见习教学的效果非常明显。Objective To investigate the teaching methods and effects of cerebrovascular disease clinical novitiate of students in Neurosurgery Department. Methods 100 students received cerebrovascular disease clinical novitiate in neurosurgery department in our hospital from June to November 2016 were selected as the study objects, they were divided according to different teaching method, 50 cases in each group. The students in the control group received traditional teaching method; and the students in the observation group received problem-based teaching method on this basis. To compare the cerebrovascular disease related theoretical knowledge examination score, actual operating capacity, satisfaction degree of clinical novitiate teaching method of the two groups. Results By the comparison the cerebrovascular disease related theoretical knowledge examination score and actual operating capacity score of the two groups, the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistic significant between the two groups(P〈0.05); and the satisfaction degree of clinical novitiate teaching method of students in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistic significant between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion This study shows that, the combination of the traditional teaching method and the problembased teaching method has significant effect in cerebrovascular disease clinical novitiate of students in Neurosurgery Department.
