摘　　要：目的探讨后入路后腹腔镜在肾上腺肿瘤微创治疗中的应用效果。方法 2016年1月—2018年1月,随机选取我院收治的肾上腺肿瘤患者76例作为研究对象。根据患者入院序号奇偶数按比例(1∶1)划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各38例。对照组给予经腹腔入路腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术治疗,观察组行后入路后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术,观察对比两组患者手术操作、术后恢复和并发症发生情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者术中出血量较少、手术操作时间、引流管设置时间和住院时间较短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的21.04%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肾上腺微创治疗中,后入路后腹腔镜治疗模式效果显著,可缩短治疗和恢复时间,降低对患者损伤,术后并发症发生率较低。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopy on the minimally invasive treatment of adrenal tumor after posterior approach. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018, 76 patients with adrenal tumors admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects. Control group and observation group were divided into odd-even numbers according to the number of admissions of patients（1 ∶ 1）. Eachgroup was divided into control group and observation group, 38 cases in each group. The control group received an intraperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for the adrenal tumors. The observation group received laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection after a posterior approach. The surgical operations, postoperative recovery, and complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the amount of bleeding in the observation group was less, the operation time, the setting time of drainage tube and the time of hospitalization were shorter, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.26%, lower than that in the control group（21.04%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the adrenal minimally invasive treatment, the laparoscopic treatment after the posterior approach has a significant effect, which can shorten the treatment and recovery time, reduce the damage to the patient, the incidence of postoperative complications is low.
