摘  要:目的:探讨神秘果提取物对小鼠高尿酸症的影响。方法:取昆明小鼠40只,随机分成4组,每组10只,采用氧嗪酸钾造模,分为空白组、模型组、别嘌醇组、神秘果提取物组,分别于给药第0、15、30天取血,测定血清尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐的含量。给药第30天,测定血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量,测定血清以及肝组织黄嘌呤氧化酶。结果:与模型组比较,神秘果提取物能够降低血尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐、血脂水平,同时抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性。结论:神秘果提取物对氧嗪酸钾致小鼠高尿酸血症具有明显的改善作用,同时还能降低血脂水平。Objective: To investigate the effect of mystery extract on hyperuricemia in mice. Methods: Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 mice and were divided into blank group, model group, allopurinol group and mystery fruit extract group. On the 0th, 15th, and 30th days, blood was taken to determine the levels of serum uric acid, urea nitrogen, and creatinine. On the 30th day after administration, serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were measured, and serum and xanthine oxidase in the liver tissue were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, the mysterious fruit extract can reduce blood uric acid, urea nitrogen, creatinine, blood lipid levels, and inhibit the activity of xanthine oxidase. Conclusion: The extract of mystery fruit can significantly improve the hyperuricemia induced by potassium oxonate in mice, and it can also reduce the blood lipid level.
