摘　　要：用乙醇注入法制备α-细辛脑长循环脂质体,并对其进行质量评价。以α-细辛脑长循环脂质体的包封率、pH值、粒径分布、Zeta电位以及电镜检测作为考察评论标准。制备的α-细辛脑长循环脂质体,处方工艺重现性好,符合微粒给药系统相关的质量要求。The α-asarone long-circulated liposomes were prepared by ethanol injection and the quality was evaluated. Used entrapment efficiency, pH value, particle size distribution, Zeta potential and electron microscopy as α-asarone long-circulated liposomcs review standards. The preparation process is good in reproduction quality, and its quality requirements related to the particle delivery system.
