摘 要:在本科生实验课教学中提高实验技能和创新能力至关重要。工业微生物学是生物化工专业重要的专业基础课,其实验教学更是必不可少的一个环节。本文以工业微生物学实验教学为例进行具体论述,并举例说明了其具体的实践方法。主要探讨实验技能和创新能力在工业微生物学实验教学中的重要性,并提出了加强实验技能和创新能力培养的具体措施,主要包括:注重课堂教学、改革课程内容、改进考核方式和开展综合性、开放性与研究性实验等四个方面。It is quite important to improve the experimental skills and innovation abilities for experimental teaching of undergraduate course. Industrial microbiology is an important professional course for students majored biochemical engineering, and its experimental teaching is essential. In this paper, the experimental teaching of industrial microbiology is taken as an example, and its concrete practice was illustrated. The importance of experimental skills and innovation abilities in industrial microbiology teaching was enhanced. Some concrete methods were proposed for improving experimental skills and innovation abilities. It mainly includes: focus on classroom teaching, reform of curriculum content, improve assessment method, and carry out comprehensive, opened, research-based experiment.
