摘　　要：转移是恶性肿瘤的重要特征,其涉及多个复杂生物学过程。LncRNA是指长度>200个核苷酸但无蛋白质编码功能的一种长链非编码RNA,可通过其异常表达来调控肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡,尤其在恶性肿瘤转移过程中发挥重要作用,这为肿瘤疾病的诊断及治疗提供新的思路。Transfer is an important feature of malignant tumors,which involves nmltiple complex biological proces- ses. LneRNA refers to a long non - coding RNA with length 〉 200 nueleotides but no protein coding function, which can regulate the proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of tumor cells through its abnormal expression ,especially in the process of malignant tmnor metastasis role,for the diagnosis and treatment of tmnor disease to provide a new direction.
