摘 要:为科学预测空域扇区空中交通管制员工作负荷,准确把握管制员行为特征,研究了空中交通管制员工作负荷分布规律以及工作负荷与管制复杂度间关联性。在对管制员工作负荷进行分类计算基础上,分析了单架航空器管制员工作负荷的概率分布情况;从空域复杂度和交通流复杂度2个层面构建了航路扇区管制复杂性评价指标体系,借助熵权法和灰色关联度分析法计算管制复杂性系数,进而分析了管制员工作负荷与管制复杂性间关联性。实例分析表明,管制员工作负荷分布具有较强规律性,即单架航空器管制员工作负荷服从对数正态分布,且管制员工作负荷与扇区管制复杂性间具有较强关联性,管制复杂性系数超过0.84时工作负荷将急剧上升。To scientifically predict the air traffic controller′s workload of the airspace sectors and accurately characterize the controller′s behavior,the characteristics of the air traffic controller′s workload and the relationship between the workload and the control complexity are studied.Based on the classification and the calculation of the controller′s workload,the probability distribution of the controller′s workload for the individual aircraft is analyzed.Then,a control complexity evaluation index system for the aerial route sector is constructed from the airspace complexity and the traffic flow complexity.With the entropy method and the grey relation grade analysis method,the coefficient of the control complexity is calculated.The relationship between the controller′s workload and the control complexity is further analyzed.The case analysis shows that the controller′s workload has obvious characteristics.The controller′s workload for the individual aircraft follows a lognormal distribution.The controller′s workload has an intrinsic connection with the sector control complexity.Once the coefficient of the control complexity exceeds 0.84,the workload will increase sharply.
