摘　　要：CET-4作为我国目前范围最广、影响最大的英语水平能力测试在高校英语教学工作中一直具有指导作用;鉴于CET-4翻译试题内容的新颖性、时代性,以及标准性特点,对其进行基于系统功能语言学相关理论知识的细致解读和分析,探寻提高高校英语教师教学翻译有效性和学生汉英翻译实操能力的策略和方法,是必要且可行的。As the most influential English test which has the most participants, CET-4 always plays the role of guiding the English teaching and learning in colleges and universities. Because the CET-4 translation part is featured with originality,contemporaneity and standardization, the detailed analysis of it with the theories on systematic-functional linguistics is essential and feasible in order to explore the strategies and methods to improve the teachers＇ translation teaching effectiveness and the students＇ practical Chinese-to-English translation ability.
