摘　　要：为研制沙门氏菌马流产凝集试验抗原国家参考品,提高沙门氏菌马流产凝集试验相关试剂半成品和成品检验的准确性和可重复性,按照有关最新规定,在以往各批次沙门氏菌马流产凝集试验抗原参考品的制备和标定技术基础上,规范了该抗原参考品的制备方法 ;采用3种效价血清进行标定,监测其保存期内的稳定性,并将其应用于生产检验实践。结果表明,用该方法制备和标定的沙门氏菌马流产凝集试验抗原参考品效价稳定、品质良好,可作为一种国家参考品使用。In order to develop and research national reference materials of Salmonella abortus-equi antigens,and to improve the accuracy and repeatability of semi-finished and finished testing reagents for Salmonella abortus-equi agglutination test,according to the latest relevant provisions and referring to preparations and technologies of the previous several batches reference materials,the preparation method of the Salmonella abortus-equi reference materials was standardized,3 kinds of serum samples with different titer were used to calibrate the prepared antigen materials,and the stability of the materials during their storage period was also monitored.Then the materials were applied to production to test their applicability.Results showed the reference antigen materials for Salmonella abortus-equi agglutination test prepared in this study was of high quality and stable,and could be applied as a kind of national reference materials.
