摘　　要：高校教师的科研及成果转化与学生创新创业教育及实践,是高校服务区域经济发展的智力保障,面对经济新常态,国家及地方政府十分重视高校科研工作和大学生创新创业教育。不过,对于民办和部分公办高校则存在科研经费不足与科研成果转化困难,创新创业投入不足与实践脱节的现象,制约了高校科学研究与应用型人才培养。针对高校的特殊属性,分析了平台建设的必要性与可行性,通过采用文献综合法、对比分析法和调查分析法,提出了高校科技金融服务平台建设的众筹模式,拓展科技的金融支持路径、创新了平台建设模式、细化了平台服务对象,对高校科技产业及创新创业教育具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。The transformation of scientific research and achievements of college teachers,the innovative entrepreneurship education,and practice of students are the intellectual guarantees for the economic development of colleges and universities. In the face of the new economic normality,the state and local governments attach immense importance to scientific research work in colleges and universities and innovative entrepreneurship education for college students. However,for the privately-owned and some publicly-funded universities,there is a shortage of scientific research funds,as well as difficulties in the transformation of scientific research results. The phenomenon of insufficient investment in innovation and venture capital has restricted the cultivation of scientific research and applied talents in universities. The thesis analyzes the necessity and feasibility of platform construction for the special attributes of universities. By adopting literature review methods,comparison methods,and investigation methods,we propose to set up a crowdfunding model for the construction of university financial service platforms,expand the financial support path for science and technology,innovate the platform construction model,and refine the platform service targets. This will provide guidance and reference for college science and technology industry and innovation and entrepreneurship education.
