摘　　要：就目前来说,我国社会上的就业压力越来越大,给当代的大学生带来了很大的压力,这就导致很多大学生在大学期间出现迷茫的情况,导致现在的大学生开始放纵自我,找不到就业的方向。正是因为当前的这种情况,需要我们高校对学生的就业方向进行一定的指导。当前大学教育首先要做的就是深入开展就业指导以及职业生涯规划辅导,通过这种方式来提高大学生的职业发展能力。在这样的教育当中,学校要积极引导大学生转变就业观念,树立起一种正确的择业观念,实现多种渠道、多种形式的就业,缓解大学生的就业压力。At present, the pressure on employment in our societyis getting bigger and bigger, which has brought great pressure oncontemporary college students. This has caused many collegestudents to become confused during college, causing the currentcollege students to indulge themselves, and causing them to losethe direction of employment. It is precisely because of this cur-rent situation that we need colleges to give certain guidance tostudents＇ employment. The first thing to do in the current collegeeducation is to conduct in-depth employment guidance and ca-reer planning counseling, and in this way, to improve the profes-sional development ability of college students. In such education,colleges should actively guide college students to change theirconcept of employment, establish a correct concept of careerchoice, and achieve multiple channels and multiple forms of em-ployment, so as to ease the employment pressure of college stu-dents.
