摘　　要：慕课给管理学课程的教学带来了极大的挑战,本文从分析慕课与翻转课堂的必要性和可行性入手,构建了管理学课程从课前预习、翻转课堂和课下练习入手,构建了基于慕课的管理学课程翻转课堂教学模式的探索。s MOOCs have brought great challenges to the teachingof the management course. Starting with analyzing the necessityand feasibility of the course and flipped classroom, this articleconstructs the flipped classroom teaching pattern of the manage-ment course based on MOOCs from lesson preparation, flippedclassroom and extracurricular practice.
