摘  要:随着地方高校不断扩招,学校对教学秘书的需求也不断增加,但职业倦怠却普遍存在于这一群体当中,如果任由这样的情况发生发展,势必会影响到教学秩序的正常运行,不利于学校的发展。本文以地方高校为研究对象,剖析教学秘书职业倦怠产生的原因,并提出相应的应对策略,用以缓解这一问题的出现。With the continuous expansion of local colleges and u-niversities, the demand for teaching secretaries is also increasing,but job burnout is common in this group. If this situation is al-lowed to develop, it will definitely affect the normal operation ofteaching order, and it is not conducive to the development of col-leges and universities. Taking local colleges and universities asthe research object, this paper analyzes the causes of the jobburnout of teaching secretaries, and puts forward correspondingcoping strategies to alleviate the emergence of this problem.
