摘 要:齿槽嵴裂是常见的先天性畸形,自体骨移植修复是目前常用的治疗方法。齿槽嵴裂缺损体积测量对于齿槽嵴裂修复的术前精确规划、术后效果评价具有重要意义。随着影像学、计算机技术、3D打印技术的发展,齿槽嵴裂体积测量从最初的人为评估,到后来的二维影像、三维影像,直至目前采用的3D模型,其测量结果更加精准、快速和实体模型化,为临床提供了有效的帮助。Alveolar cleft is a common congenital malformation. Alveolar bone grafting(ABG) is the common surgical method to restore the cleft. Volumetric measurement of alveolar cleft defect is of great importance for accurate preoperative planning and postoperative evaluation. As it evolved, the volumetric assessment has gone through the era of human evaluation to the two-dimensional image era, the three-dimensional image era and the 3D model era. With the development of imaging,computer technology and 3D printing technology, the volumetric measurement of the alveolar cleft defect will be more accurate, rapid and solid modeling, which can provide effective help for the clinic.
