大一医学生抑郁情绪与自动思维、功能失调性态度的相关性

摘　　要：目的评估医学院校大一学生抑郁情绪和认知模式,了解其负性情绪状态及相应的内在认知体验。方法采用抑郁自评量表、自动思维问卷、功能失调性态度问卷针对抑郁情绪及认知模式对1 707名大一医学生进行评估。结果 1 707名大一医学生抑郁自评量表得分为35.70±7.56,自动思维问卷得分为52.82±16.64、功能失调性态度问卷得分为118.00±25.92。抑郁情绪与自动思维呈正相关(r=0.346,P<0.01)。结论大一医学生存在着不容忽视的抑郁情绪,且与内在的不良认知相关。Objective To evaluate the association between depression and the cognitive model of freshmen in a medical university and to identify negative emotions and inner cognitive experiences. Methods We recruited and evaluated 1 707 freshmen in a medical university using the Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）,Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire（ATQ）,and Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale（DAS）. Results Mean scores on the SDS,ATQ,and DAS were 35.70±7.56,52.82±16.64,and 118.00±25.92,respectively. Depression was significantly associated with automatic thoughts,and the coefficient of correlation was 0.346（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Depression was prevalent in the present sample of freshmen in a medical university,and it was significantly associated with inner automatic thoughts.
