护士对患者身份识别知信行量表的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的编制护士对患者身份识别知信行量表,并进行信效度检验,为评估护士正确识别患者身份提供有效的测评工具。方法采用文献回顾、专家咨询和专家评议法,拟定初始量表。2017年1-3月,采用方便抽样法选取深圳市某三级甲等医院30名护士进行预调查,量表条目的筛选采用项目区分度分析、相关性分析、探索性因素分析和内部一致性检验。2017年4-10月,采取分层抽样法选取深圳市3所三级甲等医院350名护士进行正式调查,量表信度评价采用内部一致性信度和折半信度,量表效度评价采用内容效度和结构效度。结果正式量表包括3个维度29个条目,其中知识维度11个条目、态度维度6个条目、行为维度12个条目。该量表总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.992;分半信度为0.984;重测信度:总Cronbach'sα系数0.961;3个一级指标知识、态度、行为Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.976、0.975、0.981。内容效度为0.969;相关系数为0.685~0.835;条目与总分的相关系数(r1)为0.802~0.949;条目间相关性(r2)条目之间的相关系数为0.663~0.908;各条目共同性为0.837~0.953;KMO值为0.969,Bartlett球形检验值为16 489.348(df=406,P<0.001),显示该量表具有较好的结构效度,验证性因子分析显示拟合度较好。结论护士对患者身份识别知信行量表具有良好的信效度,可用于护士对患者身份识别正确性的评价。Objective To develop nurses＇ knowledge,attitude and practice scale for patients＇ identification,and to test their reliability and validity,so as to provide an effective tool for evaluating nurses＇ correct identification of patients＇ identity.Methods The initial scale was drawn up by literature review,expert consultation and evaluation.A total of 30 nurses were selected for the pre-survey,and the items of the scale were screened by item division analysis,correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis and internal consistency test.350 nurses were selected to conduct a formal investigation,the reliability of scale was assessed by internal consistency and split-half reliability,and the scale validity was evaluated by content validity and construct validity.Results The formal scale consisted of 3 dimensions and 29 items,including 11 items of knowledge dimension,6 items of attitude dimension,and 12 items of behavior dimension.The scale of the total Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient was 0.992;the split-half reliability was 0.984;the total Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of retest reliability was 0.961;the Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of 3 levelⅠindicators of knowledge,attitude and behavior were 0.976,0.975 and 0.981.The content validity was 0.969;the correlation coefficient was from 0.685 to 0.835;the correlation coefficient of item score and total score（r1）were from0.802 to 0.949;the correlation between entries（r2）and the correlation coefficient between the items were from 0.663 to 0.908;each item intercommunity was from 0.837 to 0.953;KMO=0.969,Bartlett test score was 16 489.348（df=406,P〈0.001）.The scale has good construct validity,and confirmatory factor analysis showed a good fit.Conclusions The scale of nurses＇ knowledge,attitude and practice scale for patients＇ identification has good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate the accuracy of nurses＇ identification of patients.
